Rachel Sunshine International (RSI) is an Ireland-based company connecting China with Ireland and Britain. We specialise in business visits, conferences and events, educational and cultural programmes, tailor-made travel and local delivery.

We work with companies, public institutions, industry associations, universities, schools, event organisers, business delegations and international groups. We are particularly experienced in supporting clients from China and projects requiring local knowledge, cross-cultural communication and reliable delivery.

We operate throughout Ireland and support selected projects in Britain, including London, Oxford, Cambridge and Scotland. Locations are assessed according to programme purpose, travel time, availability and delivery conditions.

We normally need the objective, proposed dates, participant profile, preferred locations, key requirements, budget range and expected decision timeline. Priorities and known constraints are enough for an initial assessment.

We clarify the objective and participants, then assess timing, budget, travel, availability and local operating conditions. Where an original idea is not practical, we explain the limitation and recommend a workable alternative.

We assess relevance, availability, location, service standard, capacity, budget and practical suitability. A well-known option is recommended only when it is genuinely appropriate for the programme.

Proposals explain the main cost items, assumptions and variables. Where prices or arrangements change, we communicate the reason and provide an updated option before proceeding whenever practical. During delivery, safety, continuity and clear communication come first.

As early as possible, particularly for institutional visits, conferences, large groups, multi-location programmes and peak periods. Short-notice enquiries can still be assessed against what remains realistically available.

Yes. We design private journeys for individuals, families and small groups travelling in Ireland, shaped around interests, preferred pace, destinations, accommodation expectations and practical needs.

Yes. We provide private chauffeur, airport transfer and driver-guide services across Ireland. Vehicles are selected according to group size, luggage, route and service requirements. Chinese-speaking support is subject to availability.

Yes. We consider daily travel time, walking distance, rest periods, accommodation, meals, mobility and individual interests. The aim is a comfortable, realistic journey rather than an overfilled itinerary.

Cost depends on dates, duration, route, group size, vehicle type, accommodation level, guide requirements and additional services. Third-party prices and availability may change until bookings are secured.
