• Contact details and project information that you choose to submit through the enquiry form.
• Technical and security information generated when the site is requested, such as IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, date and time, response status and security events.
• Your external-media preference, stored locally on your device.
• Information made available to Google only if you consent to load Google Maps on the contact page.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• We use enquiry information to respond and to take steps you request before entering into a contract.
• We use limited technical logs to operate, protect and diagnose the website, based on our legitimate interests in providing a secure and reliable service.
• We use necessary local storage to record and respect your privacy choice.
• We load Google Maps only with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time through Cookie settings in the footer, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Enquiry form and email

When you submit the enquiry form, the information is sent securely to the website server and forwarded by email to info@rachelsunshineinternational.com. It is not stored in a website enquiry database. The hosting and email providers process the message only as needed to transmit, protect and deliver it.

5. Hosting, providers and international transfers

This website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud servers located in mainland China. When you visit the site, the technical request data described above is transmitted to and processed on those servers. Alibaba Cloud acts as a service provider for hosting and security. RSI may also use email and professional advisers where necessary to respond to enquiries or meet legal obligations.

For visitors in the European Economic Area or Britain, processing on servers in mainland China is an international transfer. RSI will use such transfers only where an applicable legal transfer mechanism and the required contractual, technical and organisational safeguards are in place. Information about the safeguards relevant to your data may be requested at info@rachelsunshineinternational.com.

Google receives data only if you choose to load Google Maps. Google’s own privacy terms then apply to its processing.

6. How long we keep information

• Website access and security logs are retained for no longer than 30 days, unless a security incident or legal requirement makes a longer period necessary.
• Enquiry correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Contract, accounting, legal-claim or statutory records may be kept longer where required.
• Your privacy preference remains on your device for 183 days, or until you clear it or change your choice.

7. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. Any onward transfer from China is handled under the applicable statutory transfer requirements.

This business website is not directed to children. We may update this notice if the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date will show when the current version took effect.
